"It's a good stay and ay least its safer leaving my belongings in the luggage room unlike in Vienna where my backpack got stolen. I will never stay in A&O Vienna again"
"Yes it was Oktoberfest, but when we arrived staff were nowhere to be found, the first staff member we spoke had no idea how to look for a reservation.
While we waited for our room to be ready we used the communal bathrooms. There was vomit in one which we reported to staff. The next morning when checking out it was still there, over 12 hours later.
While the bed was comfortable, the bathroom again was an issue, it smelt like a men’s urinal.
Would definitely give this a miss if in Munich."
