"Hotel experienced an area wide power outage upon arrival. NOT fault of hotel, but terribly inconvenient. Cruise ship passengers, concert goers, Mariner game spectators all packed lobby trying to check in. Staff tremendously helpful for situation NOT their fault. Some people terribly rude to hotel staff. Seattle too big a city to have these issues. More a governance issue. Hotel is convenient to both cruise ports."

"Our third stay here. we even had to leave the hotel at 3:20 AM for our flight at 5:50 AM. The hotel gave us our little brown bag breakfast, which was perfect to take along: peach yogurt, small bagel, cream, cheese, and apple, and string cheese, and a nut bar. Everybody was right on time no problems we had a wake up call that arrived on time. I do wish they would put a nightlight in the bathroom. Otherwise, Very Good. Friendly. Helpful. We’ll be back."
