"It is a very good location in downtown. The staff were great for getting you rides. They stored our luggage when we arrived early so we could venture downtown without lugging it around. They let you know when a room is ready early. and they had lemon water free for guests while they waited."

"The hotel was nice and the front desk staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff did an excellent job as well! Bed was comfortable. Good views. Would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to the Seattle center and Space Needle and the free shuttle downtown."

"The hotel was simply amazing! The location to everything was perfect! Went to a Mariners game, literally around the corner, went to a concert at Lumen Field, right there! Across the street you have the pier, everything was walking distant. Walked to Pike place while enjoying the coastal walk there. The hotel it self is beautiful. The food was amazing, Paid for 1 day of the breakfast buffet, it was delicious and not expensive at all. The staff were super nice! The room was amazing, I got mine on the 4th floor, facing the water. The views at night are the Best! It was clean and just perfect! The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had an amazing time! Will be recommending."

"Airport shuttle service is great and they have an Indian restaurant inside the hotel. That is wonderful. There’s also a nice bar if I ever go back to Seattle, I will stay there again."

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. If there was one negative comment it would be the bathtub. It was very high to step into and out of the tub."
