NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY. Cleanness was awful, staff were aggressive, located in narrow lane that is hard for a taxi to go in!! All in all for that money you can book a better hotel.

3. kez konakladım. En memnun olduğum konaklama oldu. İkinci konaklama sonrasında bir daha tercih etmicem demiştim ama biraz da mecburiyetten kalmak zorunda kaldım. Otelinizde geçirdiğim süre boyunca gerçekten harika bir deneyim yaşadım. Odam oldukça temiz ve konforlu idi. Dekarasyon ayrıntıları çok hoş düşünülmüş. Personel özellikle son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Konum çok merkezi ve sahile yürüyerek vardık. arabası ile gelenler için küçük bir otopark alanı var. tavsiyem oteli arayıp otopark için yer ayırtmanız olacak. ben kesinlikle tavsiye edrim. tekrar konaklamak isterim.

Öncelike özellikle sordum otopark var dediler ama otopark yok otelin öünde 2araçlık yol kenarı yer var aracı sokakta yol kenarına çekiyorlar. Temizlik berbat tuvalet kağıdı yok havlular eksik asansör leş gibi kokuyor. Otel sığınmacı kampı gibi çok yabancı var çok gürültülü.

Bakırköy'de denize çok yakın bir konumda bulunan bu otel, konforlu ve huzurlu bir konaklama arayanlar için harika bir seçenek. Otelin konumu gerçekten avantajlı; denize sadece birkaç adım uzaklıkta olması, özellikle sabahları kısa bir yürüyüşle deniz havası almak için ideal. Odalar temiz, rahat ve modern bir şekilde döşenmiş. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, konaklamanızı daha keyifli hale getirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Kahvaltı da oldukça çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Genel olarak, konforlu ve merkezi bir otel arayanlara gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim.

Öncelikle oda temiz değildi, banyo havluları lekeliydi. Bunu bildirmemize rağmen gelen havlular yine lekeli ve pis geldi. Ses yalıtımı yoktu gece vakti dahi çok gürültülüydü uyumakta zorlandık. Oda temizleme istedik lakin akşam tekrar geldiğimizde herhangi bir temizlik dahi yapılmamıştı oda bıraktığımız gibiydi. Çok fazla yabancı müşteri mevcuttu gürültüleri çok fazla rahatsızlık verdi. Çalışanların bazıları Türkçe dahi bilmiyordu. Bir çok yerde konaklama yaptım kesinlikle en kötüsüydü.

Als wir im Zimmer rein kommen wir haben bemerkt, dass Wc/Dusche schlecht richt. Wir haben sofort gemeldet. Sie haben uns gesagt , dass jemend geschikt wird das zu beseitigen. Nach 10 Miuten jemand gekommen mit einem Raumduft. Letzte Tag war bei unsere Zimmer Stromstörung. Dann Sie haben unsere Zimmer getauscht und bei der neuen Zimmer war kein schlechte geruch. Ich habe dann mit meinem Kinder gesprochen, alle haben selbe Probleme gehabt. Wenn Sie am Anfang unsere Zimmeer getauscht hätten und sich Entschuldigen für die Unannehmlichkeiten, hätte ich jetzt ganz anders bewertet.
