L'hotel bien place au cœur du quartier Fathi. Le personnel est aimable et les chambres sont propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon, seul le café est très moyen. Dans l'ensemble c'est un bon hotel.

Mycket bra hotel med bra venlig personal, allt var utmärk , hotellet lägga på en jätte fin ställa nära allt och säkert ställa. Rummet var mycket bra, fint frukost på hotellet . Men wifi var mycket långsam, wifi avbryt måndag gånger.

The night shift receptionist is super friendly whereas the day shift one was mean and impatient. We were trying to pay the hotel fees but he was super impatient and got mad at us. The amenities are poor we barely got hand soap. There was only one toilet paper roll. In fact, the price/quality ratio was reasonable but the minimum was missing.

Dieses Hotel ist der größte Schrott . Sehr gefährlich liegend und Zimmer sind ekelig klein und sehr dreckig . Sowas sollte man rausnehmen aus Buchseiten .

Wir durften erst im 12 uhr ins zimmer ob wohl wir schon für den tag bezahlt haben durften nicht frühstücken und musten das zimmer am 15.11 um 12 uhr verlassen obwohl die buchung bis zum 1z ging ich erwarte einen schadenerstatung wir musten bis 22 uhr drausen warten obwohl wir geld bezahlt haben

Not much going for it except close to metro

Although the cleaners were trying very hard to help, the hotel is old, and in need of a renovation. There is mould. Beds and pillows not comfortable.

L'hotel est situé dans une tres bonne location ( proche de tous les endroits touristiqes et de transport) par contre en ce qui consiste au dejeuner ce dernier n'est pas assez varier et repetitif, de plus nous avons le droit qu'a une seule carte, cqui fait que lorsque l'on sort de la chambre l'éléctricité s'éteind(plus de climatisuer, ni refrigerateur)

Ja das ist die 4mal bin in barin aber 10 mal in Istanbul. Personal immer nett wie immer ,ob Rez, küche/Res oder die Etage ,saubere zimmer betten sind bequem Was hat mir nicht gefallen das die Transfer, wir müssten selber suchen wo die Agentur ist ,und wir haben gewartet auf andere Gäste ,und halb istanbul gefahren bis wenn die andere Gäste in hotel sind denn wir!!!beim Abholung war auch genau so, in 2017 wir haben auch mit Transfer bestellt, hat gut geklappt wir waren Allein in Auto ,aber sonst alles ok
