Great staff and very clean. But the area is just bad, it will make you have a bad impression of Istanbul which I had initially. Cheap clothes from China being overpriced and very bad food. The area you should go for is Taksim. Taksim is where you should visit in Istanbul.

I love this hotel and stay there every time I visit Istanbul.Reasonable price for Aksaray ,the rooms are very clean and have all you need .super close to historic attractions and easy access to most places in Istanbul. Most importantly what I like about the good hotel is All the staff were really friendly and happy to help regardless of time the team on reception are so nice and accommodating.A big thank you to Mehmet for looking after me during my stay. I will be back!

Room looked nice but AC and shower didn’t work properly. Power also went out just in our room for several hours. The staff was horrible - unfriendly and very put off to help, especially Athena at the front desk. The hotel also is advertised as having a pool but the pool was closed. Overall I had a horrible experience and would no recommend this hotel!

Staff were not friendly and communications were not the best due to language barrier. Room service was not always available (one day our room was not cleaned at all!!). Bathroom was old and not enough supplies in it (you must order continuously). Location was close to the market which is convenient.

Not according to the pictures and a big lie. Pool doesn't exist The room is very small as soon as you open the door, half a meter, the bed. My advice to anyone who wants to book this hotel is a big no. I was extremely disappointed and not valued for money. It's a ripped off. Never again

Great hotel with am amazing pool!

Lovely stay. Nice clean comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff whom answered all of our questions. Beautiful rooftop pool with an amazing view. Also close to the tramvay -local public transport. Would stay again! 10/10!

Terrible service, bad service attitude.

Extremely small boxy room, window towards the ventilation ducts. Like a prison cell. The worst though was the reception's attitude about my complaint of extremely slow wifi, that kept constantly dropping me out of network and required a new sign in. When I went to the reception to complain, they didn't understand much English or any other language than Turkish and when I was finally able to explain the problem for me, they took my phone out of my hand without asking and started to mess with the settings. They were also very rude, loud and aggressive in behavior. Then some kind of manager arrived and with his bad English showed his phone and his Speedtest results explaining to me, that the fault is on my phone. Well, it's not. I'm an IT pro, and their network is just wrongly configured. So if you need to work there online, stay away. You will not get any help from them. I didn't experience any of that in other hotels in Istanbul.
