The room was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. The only thing that bothered me is the shower door missing, so the water was splashing all over the bathroom when showering. The area is not quite because it's by the main street. The location is close to everything, stores, a mall accross the street with all the shops and food options available. Overall it was a nice experience.

A cheap way to explore Istanbul’s. The hotel is clean and the staff helpful but English is a problem as many don’t speak the language. It is clean and the rooms ok. It is room only and the shopping mall and food hall is across the road and numerous other cafes or great. Overall a good hotel, but I prefer to go down to breakfast in the morning so I wouldn’t stay here again, though the location is great.

The location is what thrilled me the most. Shopping mall very close to the hotel and there are many different shops too. The staff are wonderful and nice. The only downside was the Air conditioner that didn’t work perfectly

Great hotel with fantastic services

Absolutely one of the very best hotels, thank you to Akhmet and the front desk lady. Great service great rooms. I left my phone one day inside the taxi , Akhmet helped me to recover my phone. Rooms were super clean, beds were super comfortable, housekeeping was top service. I will definitely stay again if I make a trip to Istanbul

Great Location

The hotel is in a good location. A lot of public transport is available. The room was cosy and clean. The only one thing I don’t like is that it’s a bit noisy. Even in the late night if someone walks through the common areas you can clearly hear and that somehow disturbs.

The room was small and beds very uncomfortable I have found particularly the mattress had a steel spring showing Its a good job it did not go into my ribs while sleeping. I need really compensation. My flight was also delayed to Istanbul by 11 hours.

First I walked into the room and I was supposed to have a non smoking room and the window was Peña nd the whole room smelled like cigarettes. The sheets did not fit the bed and the sheets looked very dirty. There is no spa, pool, or fitness center which is why I booked the hotel. The staff was okay, not too good but not bad either. They didn’t do anything special. Overall we made it work but I would NEVER stay in this hotel again

The hotel says it has swimming pool, but you have to pay separate fee to use it. Shuttle to the airport cost money 😔. There are limited restaurants and the one's we found has limited kids meals if any!

I like the location and the condition of the property. I didn't like the reaction of the management to deal with my report of a loss of a small bag that contains two books and a trainer. I felt they didn't care, although I spoke with three different staff members during my stay.
