Comfortable night, near the end of the airport metro for a layover between flights, receptionist recommended a good restaurant close by.

Super cozy hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Enjoyed the daily breakfast and our room. Plenty of eating options nearby and close to a major shopping mall/movie theater. Very authentic welcoming neighborhood without the tourist surcharges on dining, etc. Walkable neighborhood with the best cats in Istanbul.

Nice hotel with large clean rooms. Some maintenance is needed (broken shower door, toilet seat hinge). There’s little near the hotel as it’s in an exceedingly hilly residential area; it looks near the metro stops but it’s a lot of work to get to the hotel! Good breakfast, nice people.

Staff is great, very polite and attentive. Breakfast is very basic, but will keep you going. I got a big room. Not many places to eat around the hotel, but many within walking distance. At times it was noisy, but all in all, a good hotel. Value for the money.

Your staff was very nice and helpful, with a nice attitude and smile at all times. My request for housekeeping was taken care off in a timely manner. Breakfast was basic, but will keep you going. Adding some fruits to it would be a plus. All in all, a good stay. Thank you so much

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Its location is perfect, just a short walk to all the great restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Mina and Aref were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, consistently making an effort to assist, which added a personal touch to the experience. The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided. My stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay!”

The hotel is reasonably priced with great front desk and breakfast kitchen staff who are friendly and hardworking. The only thing I found negative about the area is it’s awkward to navigate walking without the help of Google maps. The streets are narrow and sidewalks are narrow or uneven.

nice hotel, but the underfloor heating made the room unbearably hot and made sleep difficult. the aircon didn't seem to work, so had to open the window on a very cold night and suffer street noise..... Good breakfast, lovely shower

3 nights at the accom after arriving in Istanbul. Access from Gayrettepe Metro is good. 20mins walk from the station. The staff are very friendly. A lady at the front desk speaks English well. Breakfast is simple and good enough. An old lady in the kitchen is lovely. Outside the hotel, there are a lot of community cats that are taken care of neighbours. Fair enough for the base of Istanbul city walk.

I'm m a repeat customer of this hotel. This is my 3rd visit to Istanbul in two years time. On my first visit I chose this hotel merely because of price and location . What a pleasant surprise it was when I met the staff, all were very helpful and courteous. Cleanliness is top notch. Breakfast is good and all inclusive. 2nd visit same thing Now on my 3rd visit staff is changed, met manager Mana , she is exceptional, from check in to throughout the stay she made sure that everything is good, had a very minor insignificant issue with the room, she went overboard to take care of it A big thanks to her . Definitely it's a hotel of my choice now.

This is my first time being here in this hotel and it will never be the last time. The staff members all are polite and friendly. The receptionist were excellent all of them speak English. The room was clean and size comfortable. The break was accepted. The location of the hotel is great, if you enjoy walking you can reach chavier mall in 20 minutes, Gayrettepe metro station. And the most important point you can use the airport metro directly to gayrettepe station use M11 metro line. That is the important notes I noticed during my one week journey.

1st room i was given, tv did not work. I asked the front desk person if they do not ck things in the room when some1 cks out? She cld not answer me. The wifi did not work more than half of the time. When U cl the front desk, they just tell U a lie abt what time it will resume. They just tell u anything to make U go away. Ladies in the breakfast area was very customer oriented - although breakfast is very limited.
