"Great time at this location. It was very comfortable and is in a great location close to a lot of nice things. Only downside was I got sick from eating the ham at the breakfast buffet and it left me throwing up for about half a day. Other than that, everything was pristine. Shoutout to Thiago at the reception for being amazing at his customer service skills "

"Very good high quality hotel. Everything was in perfect working order. The staff are extremely professional and attentive. Very good amenities. The region around the hotel has a few homeless. It reminded me of the Tenderloin in San Francisco California but there are so many restaurants, bars, shopping centers, barber shops and laundries nearby it makes up for it. I would stay again for sure. "

"Staff is amazing, especially Rebecca at the front. Very good location on Paulista. The kids play area was a huge hit with our 2yo son. Highly recommend this hotel for families with young kids, and others."
