Terrível. Só pode ser piada este hotel ter uma avaliação de 9.2. Não dá para acreditar. Ruim em todos os sentidos. Paredes de chapisco, água fraca e demora uma eternidade para esquentar, nenhum isolamento acústico (isso significa que pessoas na rua falam e parece que estão dentro do seu quarto), a "cadeira" da mesa de trabalho é um banco sem encosto que dificulta muito, a Internet é ruim, canais de tv limitados ou quase nenhum.

O mofo como companheiro

O hotel é muito bem localizado, o pessoal muito gentil, a limpeza muito boa. No entanto, há um cheiro de mofo que precisa ser tratado urgentemente, por uma questão de saude pública. No início da noite já tinha percebido, pedi para trocar de quarto, no que fui super bem atendido. Asmático, passei uma das piores noites da vida. Há marcas de água na parede do corredor do terceiro andar. A experiência foi bem ruim, apesar da cordialidade da equipe.
