Don’t let the exterior detour you. If your looking for a comfortable and clean place to lay your head, this it! So budget friendly and all of the staff is so attentive. Even with my daughter’s food allergies. We will definitely stay here again for our next Cornell visit. Thank you for a restful stay!

I had previously stayed there and had a good experience. This time not so much. Toilet seat was broken and rooom just would not heat up. We FROZE!. Last time the breakfast buffet was a delight. Today the food was all cold. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable but the room was run down…holes in the carpet, rippling wallpaper, water damage on walls. I would be very afraid to use a black light in there. The breakfast was ok since it had waffles but the fruit on the first day tasted like it was fermenting. The other breakfast breads were old and stale. There was milk, tea, coffee and juice which was nice. It worked out for us but we will not be going back.

We booked this hotel last minute because of the price and location. Since we were last minute and Saturday night, other hotels were easily double the price. The hotel gave me the impression we were in a movie set in the 80’s. It felt like that period might have been it’s heyday. It is very big and looked empty probably because it’s so big but all the rooms around us were filled. Our bathroom was renovated but the shower head wasn’t working properly. The bed was comfortable and I slept well until the surrounding doors started opening and closing at 6am. They are made of metal and loud. The breakfast area was also an incredible trip as the setting was very retro. The breakfast was good with fruit salad and even had oat milk. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think this hotel is good for short stays and sound sleepers.

The staff was very nice. They had a gift bag ready for my dog. The room was very clean and the price was great! Hotels.com made the process easy. I would highly recommend staying here if you simply need a clean, comfortable room and you do not want to break the bank like many of the hotels in Ithaca.
