When you arrive, pull into the carport and step up to a generous front porch and cross the threshold into Paddock House. High ceilings, warm colors and lots of natural light are throughout.

Living areas are spacious and intimate. A comfortable living room is ready for lounging with TV work tables lighting and large windows with long views. The formal dining room has a vintage chandelier bar and drop-leaf table. Kitchen is equipped with a breakfast table and chairs

Three 3 simply-appointed private bedrooms including queen, full and full. Each room has overhead lights, work space, large windows, classic closets and gable-sloped ceilings. The bathroom is new: heated, tiled and well-appointed with towel bars, door hooks and natural light.

The full-service kitchen is stocked with the basics. Cook yourself a great Ithaca meal. The kitchen leads to a large 3-season room that overlooks the large fully-fenced yard & garden.There's steps down and a wood-railed access ramp leading to the carport. Guests enjoy the generous backyard s garden pace with peace and privacy.

Ithaca's Fall Creek neigborhood is highly rated as quiet, safe and walkable . Within a few blocks are coffee shops, fitness studios, breakfast diners, restaurants, drug and grocery stores, playgrounds, parks and laundromats. Stroll along nature trails on Ithaca’s waterfront. Ithaca has wonderfully varied walking trails and flat safe biking lanes. The iconic Ithaca Falls is close-by.
