Killer view and great location in accordance to Futo station. About 1/2 hr walk to Konibini and 15 minutes to ocean. Unfortunately there was loads of dust and general uncleanieness. Bathrooms were clean

アットホームなホテル

宿の場所が分かりにくく、周辺で迷いましたが、何とか着きました。近くの大室山のリフトがメンテナンス中で登れなかったのですが、宿のお姉さんから、小室山も良いですよと聞き 早朝から登りに行きました。部屋は思ったより広く共同トイレと風呂でしたが、サービスで家族風呂を準備して頂きました。洗面台やミニ冷蔵庫は部屋に有ります。オーシャンビューも出来、共同リビングではミニボーリングやビリヤードなどのゲームなどのパーティも出来ます。

受付の方はとても丁寧で良かったです。 しかし、駐車場の入り口が急勾配でのカーブの為、入りにくいです。 車高の低い車だと下を擦るかと思います。 また、お風呂は赤・黒カビが気になりました。

・かつてペンション？だった建物をリノベーションしたとのことで、とても味のあるホテル。 ・洒落たラウンジは比較的遅くまで利用でき、多数のボードゲームや漫画等を利用可能。ラウンジに面したテラスではバーベキュー等も実施可能。 ・浴室は共用で各部屋には洗面台のみあり。共用浴室はビジネスホテルに比べると大分広く、使い勝手は良い。家族向けに貸切風呂もあり。 ・部屋からの眺望は良く、朝のオーシャンビューは非常に美しい。 ・あえて難を言えば、施設の古さが目立つことと、周辺に店舗がほぼ無いこと。最寄りのコンビニ・飲食店まで徒歩20～30分を要する。来訪時は車利用を推奨。ただ、最寄り駅までは徒歩5分と交通機関へのアクセスは非常に良い。
