施設や周辺の良し悪しは人それぞれで好みは分かれる。近くにコンビニがあるのは便利。室内に洗濯機があるが、乾燥機や浴室乾燥機が無いのは残念、滞在期間中に服が乾かせない、周辺にコインランドリーがあるわけでも無い。飲み屋には不便しない。
