Service was excellent. I honestly don’t understand who was unhappy enough to complain. Throughout our stay, we felt welcome and well taken care of.
I also loved the system where the hotel gives you a ¥1,500 discount if you choose not to have your room cleaned. This perfectly offset the daily parking fee of ¥1,500.

The room was clean and the view of the beach was amazing. Staff was very nice. The hotel overall was great and we will be coming back. My only complaint was that we were not allowed to stay in the VIP lounge after our checkout. I know that's due to their rules, but as my parents are elderly (both are 80+), I was hoping they would make an exception for them. We had a later flight so we were only able to rest in the lobby...would have been nice to see the hotel make an exception for elderly, disabled customers.

The hotel has amazing views at every turn. The club/lounge access is the only thing that would bring me back here. That was the best part of the stay. The hotel itself is a bit dated for the price.

A wonderful hotel!
The room was lovely, and the pool area was absolutely stunning.
The restaurants were excellent as well. I truly have nothing to complain about—I had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return!

Amazing hotel, 20 min to the airport. Very kind staff, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great amenities. The pools are very calm and enjoyable. The beach is very clean and the water is crystal clear.

It’s a hotel well-suited for families. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and above all, the swimming pool is excellent. However, it would be nice if there were a place that sold snacks.

We loved this resort so much we are dreaming about the day we can comeback and stay longer. We felt truly spoiled staying here. A real five star experience. The pools were amazing and the view from the balcony was so beautiful. Everything from the kind staff and delicious buffet breakfast, couldn’t have been more perfect. There were restaurants on site to suit every budget including a little store that sold some snacks and drinks. We ate a couple of times at the soba noodle restaurant and it was great. There are not many places outside of the resort to eat. Even though we had a car, we were happen just relaxing at the resort.

25 minutes bus ride to the outlet.
