"Staff was great. No one had ever cleaned under the bed. Ever. There was no room for yoga. The toilet broke and they offered me a new room but no one ever came to fix the bidet feature. The washing machine emitted a strange smell but I eventually got used to it. Likewise the trash bin smelled like ..."
