Great location and home

This spot was excellent for our family. It had everything we needed inside and backed up to a yard, which is great for play for the kids. We struggled with the property management company at check in the lock had a weird quirk to it that they didn’t communicate so we had to get help to get into the place. The patio furniture was broken, which was a huge bummer for our family since we wanted to sit outside and watch the kids play. We let them know that it was broken, but they didn’t do anything about it. I would recommend this rental but be aware that the mgmt company is not proactive.

Great with some exceptions

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we've stayed in this community and we love it. The house had a great layout and was awesome. The only issue was the splash pad didn't work as expected. I called maintenance 3 times and was told someone would be out to look at it and no one ever showed up and I never heard back. It was a bummer we couldn't use the splash pad as expected as that was a main reason we reserved this location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First - asking for $25 per hour for early check-in is a rip-off.Second - Un resolved issues with the air condition system. When the house start cooling in the evening I was trying to change the thermostat from 72 to 73 or 74. Not possible. We called and a tech person came the second day and the issue was not resolved. I am planning to ask for discount.

Better Units to Stay In

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Paradise Village 3 times now and this unit was the worst so far. The bones are the same as the other units, but here's the sour stuff: Splash pad doesn't work even though I followed directions and tried and tried, the hot tub water was dirty (I'm guessing it gets heavily used by all the kids staying this unit), the grill is really tiny and not good for any family over 4, there's no outdoor furniture (because it has a hot tub and splash pad taking up space, but since neither was usable, the "outdoor space" was useless). The propane tank fueled "fire pit" would stop if the thing was touched, and the doors on it wouldn't close so we kept having to re-light it. The ice maker made clicking noises from stuck ice a lot, the oven handle fell off when we opened it, the dryer door didn't work the entire stay (even though we called maintenance) - we had to hold the door closed with something heavy, there is no ping pong table even though the pictures show one, the pot/pan handles were very lose and dangerous when boiling water, even the can opener didn't work and we had to ask a neighbor to use theirs. Bar stools had no cushioning (old?)... outside the living room and bedroom furnishings, the place is cheaply supplied. Not worth the price and very disappointed that these units are not audited for these sort of items that match the price charged.

Location!

So nice to be steps from the pool and to have our own splash pad when it’s time 100 outside. Loved our stay. Great floor plan, some fun games and pool toys. (Only thing I would change is the dishwasher).

Great family friendly place

Great house in a super fun neighborhood

We’ve stayed in a couple properties in this neighborhood and this was our favorite! Comfy beds, all the amenities we needed for cooking and having fun. We loved the toys like the corn hole equipment. The splash pad and hot tub were really nice. It was a short walk to the pool from the back door.

This property was "what you see is what you get". We enjoyed all aspects of staying here and the proximity to the pool can't be beat. We thoroughly used all the available pool toys and equipment, that was super handy to have!

Everything you could ask for

The property was everything we were hoping for. The location and layout of this unit was perfect for 2 families. Being so close to the pool and having the large grass area right behind the home was perfect for our small kiddos. The splash pad and hot tub also set this unit apart. We had fun with the double shot and Xbox 1 as well. Overall our group was very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome family fun

My kids LOVED staying here, playing on the Xbox, the TVs in every room, Scooters, bikes, ping pong, the hot tub and close proximity to the bigger pool were perfect! The only bad thing was the bigger pools and splash pad were not turned on yet because it was January which was my own fault for not reading the fine print and both propane tanks were empty so we couldn’t use the fire pit which my kids were bummed about, but other than that it was perfect!! Had everything we needed!

another enjoyable stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our second time at this property. Overall cleanliness is good. However, on this trip we noticed that our toddler grandson had dirt marks/stains on his knees from crawling on the floor which leads us to believe more time needs to be spent cleaning the floors in the kitchen dining area. However, all other areas of the home were very tidy and clean. We really enjoyed the amenities offered by Paradise Village. Correspondence with the property managers was top notch which made checking in and out seamless.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is even more spacious in person. Its very clean and open. The beds and linens are of a good quality. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Lots of board games and surprisingly all of the pieces and instructions are intact!The location in the community is PERFECT. It opens up to a green belt and one of the two pools is pretty much in the backyard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place!

P Overall, our experience with this property was a positive one. The proximity to the pool and clubhouse was great. We love the area and the house provided great bikes and other activities to use while staying here. Some negatives are that the pool was supposed to be heated but was only warm one out of the three days we were there. The house itself could have been cleaner. As another review mentioned, the linens and towels are kind of dingy and need updating. The house was well furnished and spacious and as I said before, overall very nice.

The best little house in Paradise Village

It has the most games, bikes, kitchen accessories, bath accessories etc.. it has the best and the most of everything. The location is unbeatable, the hot tub is always maintained and hot. It’s so clean, and well maintained. We call it our second home. I truly wish it was!

Over all great house

We stayed at paradise village quite a bit. Love this neighborhood! This house was probably the most banged up and least stocked out of all the ones we’ve stayed at. The biggest issue was the thermostat.. We had to turn it off because whenever we turned the heat on, it would just run nonstop. We would try to turn it down then go back to check on it and it was kicked back to a higher temp than we set it at. Night time got cold but that’s better than sweating.

Constant problems. Incredibly frustrating.

- Access code didn't work upon arrival.- Locked out for hours at night.- Management company is hard to reach.- Heating didn’t work. We were freezing.- Tech couldn’t fix it.- House covered in dust from maintenance sanding and refinishing the kitchen table.- Promised a partial refund, but never got it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time staying at this property. We would stay here again. However, we have noticed some general decline in the furnishings from wear and tear over the past couple of years. Cushions on the chairs around the table and one at the island bar have lost their spring and desperately need to be replaced. There are two chairs for adults on the back patio and one was in a total state of disrepair. This unit could stand to have a few more chairs for the patio to accommodate a few more adults. The splash pad is very enjoyable for younger children. The home was clean. Great location with excellent pools.
