en mi caso yo compre una habitacion con vista al mar pero nop nada asi que no recomiendo elegir esa habitacion porque es el gasto sin sentido... habitacion limpia y servicio de cuarto esta bien hay muchos eventos la variedad de los alimentos no es tanta el desayuno bien la comida o lunch... terrible ahi dan cualquier porqueria la cena tambien esta bien la ubicacion es muy buena tanto para la playa como para comida y restaurantes cerca la verdad no volveria a ir porque hay otros hoteles cerca de ahi que se me hacen mejores calidad precio siento que esta mal evaluado para mi es un 3 estrellas no mas en cuanto a los comentarios de que no hay agua caliente recomendacion bañate a la hora que todos estan comiendo porque hay mucha gente

El hotel esta bien para lo que pagas lo que no me gusto esque pedi una junior suite que se supone que hiba tener vista al mar y cama king size y me dieron cama matrimonial y vista parcial al mar literal miraba mas el otro hotel y la montaña que el mar trate de decirles que se equivocaron a lo que me dijeron que no hay camas kong sixe entonces yo me pregunto por que anuncian camas king size? Y por que anuncian vista ala montaña vista parcial al mar y vista al mar si no te daran lo que reservas

La habitación sí estaba muy limpia pero había un pequeño inconveniente (cucarachitas). El 50% del personal es muy amable. La comida del snack es pésima y me hizo daño. Me gustó la vigilancia del personal de seguridad y la organización en general del hotel. En el hotel cuentan con una pulsera de identificación tipo “VIP” y les dan preferencia, incluso para entrar a los restaurantes a comer sin importarles que los demás tengamos tiempo esperando por un lugar, eso está pésimo. El personal del restaurante grande es el menos amable y algunos son groseros. El señor de la barra de bebidas de la alberca de adultos y el mesero Marcel de la zona de snacks son súper carismáticos y amables, así si daban ganas de interactuar con ellos. Se supone que uno va a pasarla agradable y no a ver caras o soportar el mal humor de los empleados. El recibimiento por parte de las recepcionistas en turno súper bien, súper amables y empáticas. El botonero que nos recibió también muy amable. Sí recomiendo el hotel pero como en todo hay detalles que pueden mejorar para que nosotros como huéspedes nos vayamos 100% satisfechos.
