This is the second time we stayed. We like the Fontan the staff is very nice this time Julie one of the entertainment staff was excellent, nice funny and made our days and each of the activities we participated enjoyable. Thank you Julie. The only complaint that we have is that there is a lot of people and few staff . You have to make line to eat to check in to check out to get or ask for something and thanks a lot of time to get it or for someone to bring it to you . We asked for pillows and we never got them . Some towels and they didn’t have enough. Please pay attention to those little things that makes a lot of difference.

When you pay alinclusive you expect good service, decent food and good drinks, the service was no good, the food horrible and the drinks extremely simples, no all the drinks are include and the room and común areas were damages and dirtiest.

1st time at Fontain and 3rd in Ixtapa. We were not expecting to be the only English guests at resort. Not many staff who apoke Engliah either. Very good local food but very local menu. Good immersion that might not be for everyone. Clean resort with great access to best beach imaginable.

The resort is extremely overcrowded for the size of the amenities. It is impossible to get a lounge or chair to use around the pool or beach. Pools are extremely overcrowded all day long. The condition of the common areas of the facility are not being properly maintained. Staff are very helpful and quality of food service is good but drinks require standing in line most of the time. The resort is worn out but it is being kept clean. I will look for better choices in the future.

I would like to start off by saying that the hotel itself is very nice. It is in a great location. Our room was clean and spacious and had an amazing view. The grounds are well kept and the beach area is beautiful. Olivia and Susan from the front desk were amazing. That’s where it all ends. I had no idea that this was a predominantly Mexican hotel. None of the staff even tried to speak English. None of the signage was in English so we missed a lot of information. The food, with the exception of breakfast, was terrible. website said there were 3 restaurants. There was one that we could only visit every 3 days, the others were buffets that served the same food. No information was given as to what was being served. We ate all of our dinners out, despite being all inclusive. The lines for drinks were terrible. If you weren’t in line at the right time for the other meals you had to wait for a long time. The staff was rude and disrespectful on more than one occasion. The front desk laughed at me when I asked if there was a laundromat in the area. My husband and I have never felt so unwelcome and disrespected in a hotel. We will not be back.

My family and I really liked the options for dinning and their staff. There was an open Buffett for the adults and another one for the kids which was always a great option for my little one. Staff was always on top of our needs and wants. We also really enjoyed the pool and beach areas. Conveniently had showers at both beach accesses. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay at this location. Would definitely come back.
