We had a wonderful 2 night stay before boarding our flight, returning home. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent. The location was great. We'll stay again whenever we are in Izmir.

First class service. Excellent location. Buffet breakfast was a feast in quality and options. Best of all: receptionists Ekin and Benson attended to my every need, including figuring out transportation in and around Izmir and to my next city. They also arranged a change of rooms when I found the original room too noisy. Tip: if you want a quiet room, ask for one that does not face the street.

Great breakfast, and the staff were very helpful. They could add more channels to the TV, as some channels were not available. ( especially opposition channels) Great location, very close to the main train station. Central air condition however they do not have remote control if you want to adjust air condition I would definitely stay here again if I am in Izmir.

Front desk agent Serkan was amazing! Brand new property, very roomy, tea and coffee available for customers 24/7. They have Turkish Bath option as well! Definitely a great place to stay!

An Unforgettable 6-Night Stay with Exceptional Staff! I recently completed a lovely 6-night stay at Hotel Alves in Izmir, and it was truly a wonderful experience - 2nd visit. From start to finish, the overall vibe of the hotel was professional yet incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my entire visit. The location is great, next to the train station for daily trips out of the city. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes out to Aylin and Hediye as well as the wonderful kitchen team. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay special. The hospitality from them and trainees were exceptional & the kitchen served up fantastic breakfast that became a highlight of my daily routine. It’s the dedication of team members like them that sets a hotel apart. The only downside to my stay involved a few hiccups at the reception desk. I found the front desk staff lacked clarity and communication regarding the hotel's actual facilities. I was given conflicting or incomplete information about using the sauna, and trying to arrange special check-out options turned out to be much more complicated than it needed to be. A bit more training on customer service and facility knowledge at reception would go a long way. That being said, the incredible warmth of the rest of the staff completely made up for it. I am happily giving Hotel Alves 5 stars because the highlights far outweighed the minor reception issues. I will absolutely be staying here again on my future visits to Izmir!

Very nice hotel with all that is required for a short stay. This property is ideal as a base to visit nearby Ephesus and other interesting sites. It is located near the Izmir main station and about 10 min walk to the down town water front area. There are many take aways around serving Turkish food. The hotel is good value for money / quality

The customer service at this hotel made the stay incredibly enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating, kind and funny. Even with some issues raised they took care of any concerns. They booked us the most memorable tour as well! Highly recommend this hotel.
