The hotel’s decor is dated. The lighting needs to be improved especially the hallway and the lobby. If they changes the lighting, it will help so much. Right now the hotel looks like 70’s style.

Exceptional Service and Comfort – Truly Impressiv

Renaissance Izmir Hotel was one of the best surprises of my vacation. The hotel was spotless, extremely comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. At the very end of my stay, they upgraded me to a better room — such a kind and unexpected gesture that made my trip even more memorable. What amazed me most was how every single staff member was genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. From the valet service to reception, housekeeping to the restaurant team — everyone was excellent. The food was delicious, the service top-notch, and I truly felt valued as a guest. Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t even consider staying anywhere else in Izmir again!

Air is poorly circulated. Bathroom whoever’s are slippery and water gathers and drainage is very poor. Mildew around corners and poorly caulked. Not worth the price. Staff is nice however management is short cutting services to save money but that is way too obvious.

Great location

Location of the hotel is great for exploring izmir. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. Room was clean and housekeeping attended daily. Our room had a shower that was hamman style. The beds were a little firm for my liking but otherwise hotel offers everything you would expect.
