Nice hotel, great staff and in a good location

Nice new hotel. Basic but has everything you need. I woukd stay here again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location is great for central Izmir, but the condition of the room was quite bad - lots of things in the room weren’t working (shower pressure very low, broken fittings, bedside lamp not working), and the pillows felt quite cheap and uncomfortable. I think there had also been someone smoking in the room.

Expedia says breakfast starts from 7:00 but actually it was 8:00. Due to the next itenerary we had to skip breakfast. Expedia or hotel must tell us accurate information especially this kind of very basic thing.

Odalar temiz değildi, masalarda tozlar vardı. Çarşafların, kılıfların her misafir için özenle yıkanıp değiştirildiği konusunda şüphelerim var. Olumlu özellik olarak otelin kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi.

Otel çalışanları gayet güleryüzlü ilgili ve kibarlardı oda temizliğide hijen temizdi fakat asıl problem su kesintileri bir gün anlaşılabilir fakat bu aksilik iki gün olunca herşey kötü oluyor hiç bir ihtiyacınızı yapamadan sabah otelden ayrılmak ve işlerinize devam etmek bile stresli oldu.

Otelde resepsiyondaki kişiler ve yardımcıları yardımcı oldular ve güler yüzle karşıladılar. Eşyalar yenilenmiş ve sanırım tadilat bitmek üzere. Oda temizliği vasattı. Kahvaltı malzemeleri iyi ve kaliteli fakat biten malzemeler yenilenmedi, fincan bitti, çay bitti. Kısaca geç kalmayın. Personel güler yüzlü ama yönetim zayıf gibi.
