"We stay at a lot of rental properties. This one was nice. The cosmetic aspect could be a little updated but besides that it was good. We did stay a week and ran out of toilet paper on day 4 so I think the longer you stay the more they should give you access to. Overall it was a good experience "

Cons: phone did not work, no supplies in “kitchen”, one very small bar of soap, no paper towels or Kleenex. , had to use wash cloth to clean up spill, TV offered no stations, had to add $5.99 for streaming on internet but streaming did not work, one light switch at door, had to get out of bed to turn on/off. Faucet in tub leaking badly, no stopper to use tub, no amenities of any kind"

"This was a perfect place to stay for a FSU game. We could make simple meals and we weren’t caught up in the craziness of Tallahassee. We were two couples, each of us had a bedroom & bath. Nice living area with Roku tv. "
