"I had higher expectations of the hotel, due to the high ratings. However, when we arrived, the pool & hot tub were closed, the pillows were all lumpy, the bed was extremely firm, the shower light did not work, and the conditioner bottle was broken. At the front desk, the host verbally announced our room number and someone else’s information was displayed on the tablet. "Nice"

"Very charming and unique hotel. Great location."

"Hotel was once a grand place - currently needs TLC. Not as clean as you would expect. Restaurant menu & service were not up to Blennerhassett reputation. Not sure I would stay there again."

"Overall decent for the money"

"I understand the building is old! Everything was a little grubby! Sheets were clean & smelled good! Not sure it was worth the price!!"

"Hotel staff was very friendly and helped me take care of all my wedding guests accommodations."

"Very nice and safe Holiday Inn just off I77. Highly recommended."

"Was told at check in the pool was open, although it's missing a foot of water. When my children went down to swim they were told they weren't allowed that it was 15$ per person."
