Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Canceled last minute

This couple has no idea what they are doing. Very unprofessional, had a reservation for two weeks and they canceled on me day of the booking. They ruined my vacation plans and had me scrambling last minute.
