  • Breathe in the ocean air from this fourth-floor condo! Enjoy the large private balcony that opens off of the living room and bedrooms! This idyllic condo comes with a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, TVs, DVD players, and internet access. Enjoy the community pool or the sand between your toes as you stroll along the beach! This retreat is located only minutes from downtown Fernandina Beach.

    Things to Know; Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community. There are 5 stairs leading to and from the elevator in order to access this property.
