Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to four guests, this condo offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed in the bedroom and a sectional sofa that converts into additional sleeping space. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided to ensure restful nights, while hangers, an iron, and storage space make settling in effortless.

Outdoor living
Slide open the doors and let the ocean breeze fill the room. The private terrace extends your living area to the shoreline, the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening unwind as the sky fades to amber. With direct beach access, you can stroll the sand whenever the mood strikes.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes all you need for home-cooked meals, featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics and dining essentials are provided, and the dining table offers a relaxed space to gather after a day by the shore.

Living spaces
Inside, an open-concept design connects the living and dining areas, creating a bright, airy flow. Enjoy movie nights on the HDTV with Roku (guests are expected to provide their own login credentials.), or simply unwind in the cool comfort of air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Bathroom
The ensuite bathroom features a bathtub, hot water, and bathroom essentials including towels, soap, and toilet paper, plus a hair dryer for added convenience.

Located along Ponte Vedra Boulevard, this oceanfront condo places you close to casual dining, boutique shops, and golf at TPC Sawgrass. St. Augustine’s historic charm and Jacksonville Beach are a short drive away, offering both serenity and connection to local attractions. Free parking and keypad self check-in make your stay smooth from the moment you arrive. Pets are not allowed.
