The space features a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with unique single-over-queen bunk beds (guests use bunk beds at their own risk per insurance requirements). Both rooms include TVs for evening relaxation after beach days. The full bathroom serves the entire unit, while your fully equipped kitchen handles family meals with everything from morning coffee to beachside picnic prep.

Your private deck provides ocean views for sunrise coffee, while the shared back porch offers additional space to gather with your group. High-speed wifi keeps everyone connected, and in-unit laundry means you can pack light for longer stays. This property sits on the second floor of a 4-unit building (all vacation rentals) with keyless entry and no elevator access. Please note ongoing city renovation projects may cause construction noise and minor road access limitations during winter months.
