Sleeping arrangements
This condo sleeps 6 across two bedrooms and a loft. The main bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom features a full bed with a pull-out trundle, and the open loft offers two twin beds, creating a flexible setup for families or groups.

Outdoor living
The screened lanai provides a simple transition between indoor and outdoor time, while the shared outdoor pool is available all year. A nearby playground offers additional ways to unwind.

Kitchen & dining
A kitchen equipped for everyday meal preparation sits beside a dining area that seats 8, giving you the option to share relaxed meals before stepping back out to the lanai.

Living spaces
Natural light fills the living room, where air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan support comfort in any season. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi help you stay connected when needed.

-This Property has a 2-week minimum stay requirement.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
