The Space:

***IMPORTANT NOTICE***

Exterior building renovation project at Amelia Surf & Racquet Club, Building A from mid-January 2027 to mid-May 2027 (timelines are subject to change due to weather or other construction-related factors). Work will occur Monday to Friday from 730am to 5pm. These improvements are part of a planned effort to preserve and enhance the property’s long-term quality and appearance. Mobilization\Rigging in the parking area will precede the work, which will occur in 2-unit vertical sections from the top to bottom floor. Balcony access will be restricted when work occurs in a vertical section. Despite this section-by-section approach, guests should expect daytime construction noise from heavy equipment\power tools, scaffolding, and dust\debris during working hours.



What This Means for Your Stay: Rentals are permitted during the renovation period; although, we cannot control how this may affect your stay. Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect booking during this timeframe. Our team works closely with the association and contractors to minimize inconvenience wherever possible. If any disturbance occurs beyond what is reasonably anticipated, additional assistance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Situated on the south end of the island on the fourth floor of the gated Surf and Racquet Club complex, this condo boasts a number of luxuries and amenities to make your next vacation the best that it can be. With pool and tennis court access included and direct access to the beach, you are always just a few steps away from a boatload of fun. Entering this fourth floor unit for the first time, you will be astonished by the incredible ocean views from your very own private balcony, the colorful and well-appointed sea-themed decor, updated appliances and furnishings, and the bright, comfortable atmosphere. Surf & Racquet A124 includes a large updated kitchen, which is fully equipped and offers direct sight into the main living and dining areas for easy communication and entertainment. This unit is a corner unit and therefore features a large window to the south in the dining area, making the entire room a bright and pleasant space to hang out.



Immediately off of the living room, you can enjoy spending time on the fully furnished balcony, surrounded by sea breezes and stunning sights. Watch the sunset in the evening from this spot with a glass of wine and a good book, or, if you're more of a morning person, greet the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee. A124 offers two bedrooms, including a spacious king size master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom, featuring two twin size beds.



All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.



We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.
