The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I did find it a bit strange that you had to go to the 2nd floor to check in. Check out staff member was a bit rude. She rolled her eyes at me at one point. The rooms were just ok. The view was very nice of the river.

The rooms need updating. Bed sheets had stains on them, very gross. Hotel company needs to fumigate rooms, saw several roaches in the room.

Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach/Oceanfront
Location was great and I loved the property. It had a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, a musician in the bar at night on the weekends and a cool tiki bar in the back. Lots of parking both near the entrance and across the street. Staff was friendly and the food was good.
