The room was clean & spacious , convenient was the airpaort was near by however going towards the main bazar ,traffic was quite heavy,finding transport was diffiicult. Members of staff at the hotel were helpful.i would stay at the hotel again in future if i visit jaipur again.

We booked suite room, it was quite spacious. Room was in excellent condition with all the amenities. Staff was great and very helpful. Property is very close to metro. Location is average. Food could be better.

We stayed 5 days in Jaipur and only one night at Holiday Inn. If we had known the standard of the hotel we would've stayed here all nights. But just remember this hotel is closer to the hotel than the tourist attractions but you can get to the centre of Jaipur in 20 min ish. When we asked if we could do late checkout they told us we couldn't but gave us a complimentary checkout for free until 2 pm!

The hotel was excellent. The room was good with comfortable bedding. The room service was incredibly friendly with excellent meals on offer. I tried all sorts of dishes and found no fault with any food. It was amazing, especially the pizza surprised me.

The staff and management were completely unprofessional throughout my stay. Room service was slow and careless, and the rooms themselves were extremely basic, definitely not worth the price. I tried raising my concerns with management, but they never responded. It’s clear they don’t value guest feedback. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Very Good experience in this hotel. It was please pleasure spending time because entire hotel was well clean and in very good conditions. They have nice & Cozy room loaded with every amenities. I meet Shaifali and reet at check in they were very helpfull and courteous Next day morning breakfast was superb and healthy. I will definitely come back to this hotel whenever will come to jaipur.

It was an amazing stay, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, the hygiene and cleanliness was unparalleled. They have plenty of games e.g. chess, ludo, blocks, and pool table, their roof top restaurant and pool is oasis in the dessert. One thing which is very interesting and unique is their on-site self service laundry facility which I believe no other hotel provides. Lastly the staff who were on their toes to fulfil any of our request and were extremely polite and supportive. A highly recommended place and must to try if in Jaipur.

Booked room online for two night stay and it was very comfortable stay . Reception staff was very help full and coperative. Request for early check in & interconnected room due to traveling with family, which was given to us, also request for baby milk so restaurent staff provide complementary so thanks to them. Hotel had nice swimming pool along with very good food in the restaurent. They offer by one get one free on drinks. I love to stay again and again in this property.

On arrival I was told that my booking had been cancelled. On asking who by and when , I got no answer. Then they said Expedia must have. On saying I want that in writing, I got no answer. After an hour I was finally given a room. I noticed I was not alone in this experience. Once in I found the place well run , clean , helpful and friendly. The food was good, tasty and well cooked. Good set of staff.

It was good experience room were clean and we enjoyed swimming poll as well. Swimming pool well equipped with all necessary requirements. Sometime i feel it's like my second home. Gives me exceptional amaging and homely feeling as well. During my stay every things went well which made my stay more comfortable. Morning breakfast was very good and healthy. I've been visiting and staying at Holiday inn Express and suite since one year and hopefully and surely my love for Holiday inn Express jaipur will continue forever. Would be visiting soon probably withy family next month.

Amazing Stay !!! Best Hotel in budget. Awesome options for food. 3 restaurants in the hotel. Gym with a view. Good swimming pool. Very good beds. Quality of everything is appreciable. 24 hrs room service was the cherry on the top. Laundromat facility was unique. Smart TV, Charging dock etc everything in the room was advanced tech. Overall complete value for money and probably better than others where the spend is higher. Keep it up !!!
