Pool View Apartment for Work or Staycation

This is a minimalist, fully-furnished apartment with 24 hrs security and CCTV, located in South Jakarta. Swimming pool is observable from the window. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (33 sqm) but the second room is currently only available for work (desk + chair only). All furniture were exclusively crafted by FRUN. It may accommodate 2 people.

1 Master Bedrooms with Queen Size bed (2 people), 1 living room with 1 sofa, 1 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen Set (kitchenware, stove & gas available), 2 Air Conditioners, TV Cable (International Channel), 1 Fridge, 2 Towels, Wi-fi Internet

GUEST ACCESS
Guest will have access to the entire apartment unit, garden, and kids playground. Plenty of eateries around the building and there are two malls to visit: Mall Plaza Kalibata and Mall Kalibata City Square. 1 access card and 1 door key will be provided to the guest to enter the building and to be returned upon check out.

INTERACTION WITH GUEST
This is my personal apartment but I live nearby and will always be contactable whenever you need me.

OTHERS
I may leave all my books and vinyl records for you to enjoy so please.. respect this trust. Keep the apartment clean. Pet, drugs, weapons and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited. It is not allowed to rent the apartment to a 3rd party or to engage in any illegal activity within the apartment. Please use and treat the premises with care and respect.

The guest will be liable for any damage / lost item(s) in the apartment.
Access card or key lost will be charge IDR 300,000 or USD 25 for replacement.

For monthly stay, separate electricity and water bills will be charged.
