"There was a bug in the washroom , also issue with AC not cooling . Restaurant food taste has gone down and service is ok nothing which will bring me back to stay here "

"A dirty Hotel limited breakfast in fact the restaurant is in the basement and the morning I was there it was filled with smoke the pillows were dirty. Everything about the place is in great need of repair. I never wished to go into one of these places again."

"The staff greeted us with kindness. The room was clean but they do need to work on repairing broken items in the room before booking the room out again. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the golden temple and only a 25 minute car ride to Amritsar airport. I would definitely book again. "

"Location is perfect for visiting the Golden Temple, within 5 mins walk on the pedestrian area of Heritage Walk. Airport pickup was seamless. Was met with hotel staff at dropoff point to walk me to the hotel. Breakfast selection was small but adequate. The made to order kulchas & paranthas were great. Service level was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!"
