"Carpets in room had multiple large stains, couch had numerous stains on cushions and arms, closet door was broken, toilet didn't flush without having to hold the handle down, pool was under renovation, and ice makers were out of order all over. Overall for a Junior Suite costing almost $300 a night, it was awful!"

"I did not have a good experience. The room in the mais floor has a TERRIBLE odor, like mold. I could not stay there. Since there was another available room, the staff at the reception was very nice, he understood the issue and he could change my room (he solved the problem). But if there was not an avalilable room, I would have to leave the hotel, because I probably would be sick. The odor was insane. I would not come back to this hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay! We added a day to our trip! The rooms are clean and smelled great! The bed was very comfortable which is a big deal for my back! The best thing was the amazing shower!!!! Took the longest shower! It was also very quiet. We won’t stay anywhere else."

"Staff at the front desk were dirty, and looked very grungy. Our room had what looked like blood on the lamp shade and the walls were nasty covered in nasty filth. Our shower curtain rod was falling out of the all the hotel looked like it had water damage in part of the entire hotel. It smelled like mildew and the staff was not very nice."
