"We were in the same building as the pool, so there was a smell of chlorine in our room. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear a neighboring room. Other than the smell, the room was clean, the staff was excellent and helpful. "

Even after hitting extra traffic the manager came and brought our groceries inside and put away cold items. We were very excited and looking forward to our arrival at this point. Upon arrival there was a note on the table that two of the cottages were without water as well as one of the showers not working inside of the big house. A note. Not a phone call or message or a heads up. There were two holes in the front windows, a hole in the wall and a barely functioning lock on the back door. When I spoke to the owner he offered to put two of the couples in a hotel next door. Upon arrival one of the hotels had a leak and one of the couples was so disgusted they left. I then continually tried to make contact with the owner and never received a response and had to file a claim with VRBO. "
