"We had a beautiful room away from the town but yet only 10 min by Tuk Tuk. It’s located in the forest with wonderful vibrant ponds with beautiful flowers. "The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children. The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away"

"Lovely stay at Hotel Passaflores. We stayed at this beautiful hotel with a group. The rooms are spacious well appointed with thoughtful toiletries. The grounds are quintessential Jardin. The restaurant was 10 stars. Our reception was very welcoming. They served us a welcome refreshment. The minibar is included with the room. It's an excellent place to stay in Jardin. "
