"Although the hotel rooms are a bit out dated, the bath products were Aveda (a very nice surprise), the beds were comfortable, there was a/c which was used during our visit, easy parking, & the staff was extremely friendly."

"I dint like anything about this place. First of all they charged us 300 per night not even worth it. The room was dirty no vacuumed the couch has so much pet hairs and when we converted to bed there were tissues in there we tried cleaning it so my son can sleep but later he started sneezing and itching with red bumps We went to front desk and complained she us like we are fully booked we can offer u cleaning but nothing else my question is you dint cleaned before? And if u did is the the same...

"Lobstick Lodge was my favorite property that we stayed at on our Canadian Rockies road trip. Cozy stay with great big windows to keep enjoying the outdoors while indoors. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the proximity of the hotel to hikes and wildlife. I hope to return someday!"

"Absolutely horrific, would give 0 stars if i could. Was not made aware that the indoor area of the hotel was under construction until arrival. When checking in, there was no parking due to construction equipment. We were given a room on the 3rd floor (but no elevator) despite my husband having a knee injury and being in a brace. Our concerns about accessibility were brushed off as we were told we could get house keeping to help with our bags (but that wasn’t the issue). When we finally got to...
