Lovely apartment located in the Ultramar II urbanisation available for holiday rental.
Located on the second level of an exclusive building, this lovely apartment offers you everything you need to enjoy unforgettable holidays. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious reception area that will guide you towards a bright living-dining room. Natural light floods the space through a large window that provides direct access to a private terrace. From there, you can enjoy a chill-out area and an outdoor dining area with views of the garden and swimming pool.
Through a glazed door in the living room, you will reach the fully equipped kitchen, furthermore, the apartment has a small laundry room for your convenience. At the other end of the dwelling, you will find the two cosy bedrooms. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom for greater privacy and comfort. The second bedroom has a single bed and both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, natural lighting and views of the garden and swimming pool.
