Stepped path (2 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 800 m, café 850 m, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2.6 km, rocky beach "Cala Blanca" 1.6 km. Sports harbour 2 km, surf school 1.8 km, sailing school 2 km, tennis 1.4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
    "El Cachirulo", 5-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and practical furnishings: living room with TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC.
