"I have stayed at this hotel in the past and honestly have always enjoyed the stay. This time the room had standing water - at least six inches - in the tub. The woman at the desk - Monique - said she would have it fixed while we were out for the afternoon. I have been in town recently to help care for my brother who had triple bypass surgery. We left the hotel to go to see him and when we returned several hours later there was still standing water in the tub and the toilet would not flush. Monique was able to get us a new room and let us pack up and move but this was an inconvenience. I have no complaints about Monique. She did everything that she could to help make us comfortable."
