The stay was great. The hotel is my favorite in Jeddah. Special thanks to Adnan, Rayan, Da Silva from SPA team for their special care as well as all reception team. They were all well informed about my last experience and ensured my stay would be great and comfortable. Surely not the last visit to Assilah. Thanks all.

Hotel doesn't meet its asked price (not recommend)

Hotel is in good shape, rooms has great amenities. Rooms were clean. You can easly be waking up by hallway noise as room isolation is verybad and room service is verybad as well. No in-room iron machine and good luck requesting one from room service. Valley parking is not available due to covid-19. No service at swiming pool in 20th floor.
