Breakfast wasn’t nice but my kids love the pool and small pool for kids. Staff are very friendly and nice , we ate our dinner in the breakfast area, warmed our food and front desk was so nice. I definitely found the right hotel for our future stays and looking forward for the future trips.

A nice transit stay

I and my husband stayed for two nights and was given a nicely made and spacious city view room. It's and old building and unfair to fault it for worn out decor. We can see that the staff worked very hard to maintain cleanliness in the hotel room and other hotel spaces. It's very near to Ballad and King Abdul Aziz terminal 1 airport. We just love the spacious and well lit room that we had. Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons room service for breakfast was served in takeaway containers.

괜찮은 호텔입니다.

사우디 제다에 출장 갈때마다 묵는 호텔입니다. 리모델링을 해서 그런지 매번 좋게 변하고 있습니다. 근데 리셉션에 있는 직원이 가끔 실수를 하는 것 같네요. 이번에도 잘못된 키를 줘서 방에 들어갈때 기다려야 했습니다. 호텔닷컴과 의사 소통이 잘 안 되었는지 아침식사가 포함된 예약 이었는데도 불구하고 식사가 포함 안 되어 있다고 하더군요. 예약을 보여주니 바로 해결 되긴 했습니다. 한쪽 손이 자고 일어 났더니, 벌레 물린 것처럼 손등이 많이 부어 부렸는데, 혹시 약이 있냐고 물어봤더니 약이 없다고 하더군요. 비상약은 없나 봅니다.

The hotel is not well looked after and kept clean. The toilets in the lobby had water all over with no one taking care. The carpets of the hotel were not cleaned and over all a nice hotel is being down trodden as there is no one to supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel

They have very clean and spacious rooms, and nice staff. It’s about 20-25 minutes from the airport (Uber is cheapest transport option). Wifi was great, and so was the hot water/shower.

Short trip to KSA

WiFi worked well. Breakfast was good. Reception staff helpful. Short walk from the old town. If you like walking the corniche isn't too far away either.

للاسف انتظرت اكثر من ساعتين لاجل استلم الغرفه. بسبب عدم وصول ايميل الحجز مع العلم عندي نسخة. انتظرت من الساعه ٦:٤٥ مساءً حتى ٩:٠٠ مساءً وبعد عدة محاولات كأني اشحث منهم. وللمعلومية انا ساكن لليلتين يعني بالامكان يخاطبون الشركه عندهم ٤٨ ساعه لكن تعاملهم سئ.
