4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The place is old, unclean, and does not match the picture. The staff, especially the reception staff, are among the worst I have ever encountered. Imagine having a confirmed and paid reservation and them telling you, "We apologize, we do not have enough rooms to accommodate you."
