Absolutely Fantastic Stay – A Real Oasis! I stayed here last night and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a suite, which was a lovely gesture. The receptionist was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — something that made a big difference after a long journey. The room was spotless, very well equipped, and the bedding was crisp and high-quality. Breakfast was also great — they even prepared a special meal just for me, which was such a nice touch. After being overcharged by taxi drivers, this hotel truly felt like a calm, honest oasis. I’ve already booked again for the final leg of my trip to Manchester. Highly recommended

8.6/10 Excellent! (59 reviews)
Hotel looks new with lot of modern features incorporated. However, the real soul of hospitality is missing. Hardly see staff smiling. Infact, the reception seems lost and robotic. Staying in five star hotels, first time I have experienced coming back form work and finding the room as you left it. Asking for the reason, "the house keeping was not told to clean the room. They cannot enter the room without permission". I am confused, is it good or bad. I mean, you trsut the hotel and expect them to clean the room in your absense. Breakfast buffet is good but nothing for vegetarians, except lettuce and hard croissants. They have some vegetarian dishes on the buffet but placed next to meat and people using the same ladel for both. Staff remain ignorant. For them its normal. Infact, the room service menu is average. Room service staff is cold and robotic. Wifi - Seriously, I think in todays fast world its more important than breakfast. However, the hotel has failed in that aspect as well. Even after complaing about the connectivity issues and speed, seems the technicians were helpless. They has a big router placed in the living room but the speed and connectivity in the bedroom was snail slow. Overall, it like lot of money has been spent to built the hotel with lots of modern technology and equipments in the room, which looks very fancy. However, attention to the staff and their training and guidance needs more investment and attention.
