"Nice location and parking is easy. Would have been nice if we had skin lotion, was surprised we did not get it. Also, laundry machines were more expensive than I expected but they worked well. Good stay!"
"The location was convenient for Jeju City. Close to the airport and malls and easy to catch taxis/Ubers.
The room and decor was a bit dated. None of the outlets had USB or 110 V adapters (some modern hotels do). The carpeting was a darker color and doesn't appear to be well cleaned as I found crumbs on it on the first check in day.
We did try the buffet and it had a lot of variety and was good.
As the hotel had the style and feel of past full service hotels, I expected better service. ...
