Hot tub was great, pools were good, but the beach access this property has was the best part! The room was decent, staff was super nice. A little pricey for what you get, but again the beachfront property is amazing!!

They charge a resort fee of $30 per day. I don’t know why.. I didn’t see any organized activities anywhere .. there is a sizable space outside and they had a movie that was put up on Saturday night but I don’t see justification for that to get $30 by every room that stays there. Villas By the Sea Resort & Conference Center
Staff was very nice/helpful and rooms are clearly cleaned, but just old and in real need of updating. Beds very much need replacing and also found a couple of dead roaches. Recommend including a breakfast (or at least continental) with rooms.
