"The location of this place was fantastic. It’s a very close and easy walk to both the beach and boardwalk, which was extremely convenient for our family. The place also had pretty much everything you could need for a beach stay. We did have an issue with the beach umbrella during our stay, but Patrick was very quick to respond and resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. That said, the accommodations themselves were a bit uncomfortable for my family of four. I’m 6’2”, and the low ceilings and doorways were challenging, with my head scraping the ceilings and door frames in several areas. The bathroom was especially difficult, as everything felt very miniature and cramped. Overall, the living quarters are quite tight for a family of four. There was also an unusual dip in the flooring toward the center of the house that was noticeable throughout the stay. Overall, the location is definitely the biggest highlight, and Patrick was responsive and helpful when an issue came up. However, taller guests or families of four should be aware that the space is quite compact and may not be the most comfortable fit."

"The property was just as described, plenty of space for extended family and friends. Very dog friendly which was the reason we booked here. Quick walk to restaurants and boardwalk but very quiet area-perfect backyard for relaxing. Kids enjoyed the kayaks, the lake was low traffic and peaceful and the shed was packed with beach supplies. The host responded to questions very quickly and supplied us with extra street parking and beach badges. Enough towels, beach towels, blankets pillows and bedding for everyone with extras if needed. Well stocked kitchen for the basics and grocery store close by to stock up. No complaints, it was a very stress free week."

"Beautiful property on quiet street with friendly neighbors. Perfect spot for a family getaway with close proximity to beach, stores and restaurants! Host was easy to communicate with and home was lovely. We look forward to coming back!"
