"If you can avoid to be here, do it. There's better places to stay. We've had 2 rooms, what a nightmare. Dirty, noises , a/c working half way, rooms unfinished about cleaning, staff at the front desk without taking careif theirs guests . So, please, go around. "

"Staying in a suite was the ticket for an extended stay. Clean, comfortable and we didn't have any issues with anything not working. The traffic noise was at a minimum. My 9nly problem was with the gym temperature, it was hot in there! They did have an issue with the little restaurant that they have at the hotel."

"This is our second time staying at this hotel and we absolutely love it! The balcony rooms overlooking the Atlanta airport were nothing short of breathtaking! We will definitely be back"

"I was never able to step foot on the property due to my flight being canceled. I reached out to the front desk when I realized I wouldn't make it to Atlanta. Chez advised me that they could check me out 03/09/2026 and that I wouldn't be charged for the 2nd night. Yet another rep Jada popped into the same chat and said the room would be checked out tomorrow 3/10/2026. It's just bad customer service added on top of an already bad situation. I was stuck in Orlando for 2 days before my flight to Atlanta was canceled and when I finally get a flight back home to Wisconsin my luggage was still on the plane to Atlanta! This hotel mishap was the icing on the cake. I will never book with them or recommend them to anyone."

"Check-in took over an hour after valet parking & waiting for the check-in line. App check-in was not functioning properly. Room was tidy but in need of deeper cleanings & repairs. There was a rust pool under the toilet & the bathroom wall was peeling next to the sink. Carpet had several stains & felt dirty under foot. The walls outside of the elevator on our floor were dingy & in need of scrubbing. I’ve stayed in 2 star hotels in better condition. Pool was nice, having a Starbucks available & other amenities was a plus. But really disappointed in the overall state of the hotel outside of the main lobby. "
