"Overall the hotel is in good shape. Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Our overall stay was good, but at the same time frustrating. We were issued 4 room keys at check in. Upon reaching our room it took multiple tries with all four keys for the room door to open. We told the desk later that day about the issue and were told they’d have engineering replace the battery in the door lock. It took 3 more times of us telling them about the issue for them to actually have someone sent to the room and address the issue. Our daughter joined us on the last night, that morning at 7am I asked the front desk for a rollaway bed for her. We returned at noon and there was no bed in the room. Asked the front desk again and got the same answer. Went to dinner came back to the room and still no bed. Another call and finally a bed came with a pillow and no blanket. Called down for a blanket and was told there were no blankets left and was offered an extra sheet. Communication and logistics seems to be nonexistent. I was told due to the hotel being sold out for the weekend there was a shortage of linens. How can a hotel who’s one job is guest satisfaction not be ready for a sold out weekend. I would absolutely not stay at this hotel again and suggest the Hilton right behind it, they were also fully booked but apparently didn’t run out of blankets. "

"Airport shuttle left on time and arrived at the airport in 10 minutes. "

"The staff was excellent and check in was a breeze. I was only there from 10pm to 4am because I had an early flight and the airport is like five minutes from this hotel. Overall a good stay for a very short trip. "

"Excellent location if you need reliable transportation to and from the airport. We arrived late at night and room service was very accommodating despite us calling so late. We ordered pizza, it was delicious and brought to our room in a very timely manner. The front desk staff was super kind and helpful explaining what all the amenities were. We had a 5 year old with us so he did ok but if you have toddlers, our room had a very large, fancy mirror. Just check out the room just in case your room has one. The room was spacious and the bathroom was soo beautiful! The water pressure in the shower was amazing too. "

"Very beautiful home! Host was very easy to communicate with and made our stay easy. Easy travel to surrounding attractions. Will be staying again next time in Atlanta."

"Nice breakfast but one elevator was broken and taking the stairs on the 5th floor was not great because of the smell of pot someone was smoking…… the place is nice but needs some attention on the building. The pool wasn’t open but on the website it said it was."
