"Wonderful hotel which was a short 10 minute walk from the town centre. Breakfast and evening meals were very good. Hotel pool was too cold!"

"Though the hotel chain Diego de Almagro is good, the one at SPA is not up to expectations. Wifi only in lobby, tv but no cable or wifi, pool too cold to use, bad information... The location, breakfast and room are ok. It is better than local hostales, but not a good hotel as it is promoted"

"Fantastic breakfast with lovely accommodating staff. More than happy to assist always. Don’t be put off with the distance from town - cheap taxi ride and easy bike ride. A relaxing and quiet place to stay. Highly recommended! "

"I would not recommend this place to anyone. My room had no key and therefore I could not lock it while I was away. The shower did not have any hot water some days and there was no curtain to protect the rest of the bathroom from the water splashing from the shower. Staff did not serve my room one of the four days I was there for no apparent reason other than "they forgot". The hotel was terribly noisy until late and very early in the morning. The overall venue and the facilities and rooms did not correspond to what was advertised on Hotels.com and the staff was not friendly and/or helpful."

"Enjoyed a really nice stay at this hotel. The room was well kept and breakfast options were simple but enjoyable. The staff were able to provide a packed lunch for early mornings with enough notice. There was a language barrier at times but most communication was through Whatsapp and there were no issues arranging check in/out and meals. Very grateful for my stay and would recommend to others."
