Great apartment, spacious and nice, great location, easy parking. However, we had a very hard time finding it and checkin instructions were wrong - you just need to navigate to mahane yehuda parking garage on Kiakh, call the guard to open gate (no remote needed), park, then go up to apartment. You can't navigate to building (Yaffo is no cars) and no where to put car while you send someone in to find building/access apartment. Once we figured it out, amazing place to stay!!

I would not use Isrentals again!

I was very disappointed with the apartment. It was not well maintained and the rental company was not forthcoming with requests made that were reasonable. Although the location is amazing I would not use Isrentals again.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! They misrepresent what they charge. Their listing on Orbitz was inaccurate. Listing indicates (in 2 places) that parking is available for a flat daily rate. Upon arrival I was told they have no parking and nor any arrangement with any parking lot for a fixed daily parking rate and that I would have to pay whatever prices the public lots were charging. Also, they indicate a PER STAY cleaning fee, but then charged my credit card for more than twice that amount. I immediately sent a message asking why the charge was made and noting the advertised cleaning fee. They claimed they had not initiated the charge and blamed it on Orbitz, however, American Express showed it was actually charged by the property. Two days later, they charged my credit card a 2nd time for the same excessive fee. When I sent a message about that, their reply was simply that I was not going to be charged more than the fee amount stated online (however, the 2 actual charges indicated otherwise). I had to contact Orbitz to get the excessive and duplicated charges reversed. Fortunately, Oritz moved me to another property that did have a daily fixed rate parking lot, but I still had the inconvenience (more than 5 hours on chats and phone calls) to deal with issue. If the above isn't enough for you to look elsewhere, the coffee cups in the cabinet actually stuck to the shelf, as they clearly weren't properly cleaned before being put away -- How gross is that?

They didn’t provide shower towels in apartment although we asked for them every day. Also they didn’t let us to do check in at 14h as indicated in Expedia, they say check is after 16h. We were forced to pay for cleaning they said was not included, in Expedia it’s not indicated and the flat was dirty The fridge was noisy. The widows were dirty. Very disapoonted with Isrentals

Fomos em um grupo de amigos e cada família ficou em um apartamento. Alguns muito bons, com itens necessários. No nosso, diferente dos outros, não tinha cafeteira e não tinha secador. O sistema de aquecimento de água estava quebrado e ficamos duas noites sem água quente. Como era Shabbat, não conseguíamos falar com ninguém da administração. O aquecimento do apartamento também não estava funcionando.

Great location on the light rail line and near makhane Yehuda market. Very quiet and comfortable. A little hard to find and instructions in the unit just in Hebrew. Needs a little maintenance, for example the bathroom trash can lid doesn't open properly, the shower nozzle doesn't sit properly in the holder. Also the nice deck and furniture were dirty with bird droppings. Also no place to store your bags after check out time. Still there is much more to like about this place than to dislike. I would stay here again.

Новые апартаменты в новом доме, удобный доступ по коду и в здание и квартиру, где вы найдёте ещё и ключ (никто не зайдёт к вам по коду), чистые просторные комнаты с большими окнами, латексные матрасы, на кухне новые холодильник, духовка, посудомойка, сантехника в отличном состоянии, горячая вода в любое время по вашему желанию (не забывайте включить бойлер), новая стиральная машина, всё необходимое для приготовления еды, бытовая химия и пр. До старого города 20 минут пешком, трамвай для лентяев - под окнами, хозяева всегда на связи и по почте и по вотсапу, получите все подтверждения, рекомендации и советы. Крайне рекомендую!

O apartamento é muito bom. Mas tem que ficar atento aos e-mails pois é lá que eles mandam os códigos de acesso ao prédio. Vi gente passando raiva por não conseguir entrar. Não tem micro-ondas e podia ter mais duas panelas médias. Mas o preço compensa e é bem localizado. Eu fui a pé aos locais turísticos.

Obiekt przewyższył nasze oczekiwania poczynione na podstawie zdjęć i opisu. Lokalizacja w środku pomiędzy starym miastem a dworcem kolejowym. Położenie na skraju dzielnicy ortodoksyjnej zapewniało dodatkowe atrakcje w czasie szabatu.

Δεν υπηρχε reception και αυτο δημιουργησε προβλημα οταν κατα την αφιξη μας στο ξενοδοχειο δεν μπορεσαμε να μπουμε στο δωματιο μας και ο υπευθυνος της εταιριας ενοικιασεων δεν απαντουσε στο τηλ ουτε σε μνμ.τελικα μετα απο ωρα μας βοηθησε μια αλλη ενοικος της πολυκατοικιας. Κατα τ' αλλα το δωματιο ηταν ωραιο ανετο καθαρο και σε καλη περιοχη προσβασιμο σε ολα τα μεσα μαζικης μεταφορας και σημεια ενδιαφεροντος

Bardzo dobre warunki w mieszkaniu, bardzo czysto. W kuchni dostępne wyposażenie: garnki, talerze, sztućce, a nawet toster i ekspres do kawy. W łazience suszarka do włosów, a także szampon i żel pod prysznic. Pościel i ręczniki zapewnione. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do starego miasta, a także do dworca kolejowego. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, bardzo pomocny i miły człowiek. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Positif: location, facilité de Check in et Check out, réactivité de l’interlocuteur via une messagerie instantanée , appartement spacieux et décoration aux goûts du jour Négatif: canapé lit du salon dont la moitié est cassée et fait tomber le matelas, très inconfortable même pour un enfant; rideaux non occultant donc réveil avec la lumière tôt le matin; pas de lave vaisselle; salle de bain avec douche sans rideau ou verre, donc à chaque fois que vous prenez une douche la salle de bain est inondée, ce point est vraiment irritant.

This has got to be the WORST and MOST MISLEADING advert for a property that i have ever experienced! The pictures are completely misleading! The property has damaged finishes and equipment. The place is filthy! the passages are filthy. the furniture and equipment in the apartment is sub standard.
